E's birthday was on Thursday. We were having a party on Saturday, so Thursday was not a big day! She wore her birthday shirt and a skirt and I took her to get a balloon. I thought she would pick the dora or princess one, but she picked the mickey one and she also picked a bear!
Friday morning we were all dressed in her birthday outfit to go to music class and she threw up in the car on the way there! Ok, so no music! We got cleaned up and took a nap. Henry got home from school and he too threw up! Great...2 kids down! Yaya was flying in on Saturday morning to celebrate with us....little did she know she was really coming to play nurse! By Saturday morning, not only were E and H still sick, but I Was feeling quite yucky too! Thankfully I made it to Boston to get mom and all the way back without getting sick! Saturday afternoon Tyler got sick...making the count 3.5 down-as I was still feeling yucky and had no energy, but was not technically sick! Henry then ended up in the ER because he could not keep anything down. After a some meds, he was fine! So Sunday, we finally got to celebrate E's birthday! We definitely found the right window of opportunity to celebrate with everyone well, because as of Monday, E, H and myself are sick on the other end, making the count 3 sick, 2 well.....and K has yet to get anything! I hope he and yaya stay well!!
So for E's birthday we had a Super Why theme. She loves the show, loves Wyatt and it was perfect! When she woke up from her nap we were all decorated and ready to celebrate. She saw her balloons first and went crazy! We then got her once again dressed in her birthday outfit and had a party! She opened presents and loved it! It was so much fun to see her get so excited about ripping the paper and seeing what she got! After a few hours of playing with her new toys, we had cake. My friend made the cake and it was FANTASTIC!!! I think that she had a great birthday!

Herny is a blue belt!
Henry had another belt test and he is now a blue belt! He has just a few more and he will have completed the preschool program and graduate to the youth class!
Random pics of the kids
Tyler was home sick a few weeks ago and Evelyn would not leave his side!
While attempting to change the direction of the dryer door, Evelyn thought she found a great place to sit and watch!
train ride
Evelyn's early intervention team sponsored a train ride for the kids on New Years Eve. Since H loves trains, we decided it would be fun and it would pass the time! It was a 90 minute train ride through newport, middletown and portsmouth. The boys loved it...E was unimpressed!
SNOW!! ok, so this is from January, but at least I am posting it!
Back in January, we got a big snowstorm! Ok, so it might not be big for around here, but for us, 9.5 inches in 1 day is a big storm!! The kids had a blast watching it snow, and when it finally slowed down, we headed out. Our backyard is just sloped enough that we could kinda sled down it. It was perfect for the kids. All three loved it! E lasted about 10 minutes before she refused to keep her gloves on and was done! Tyler cam in about 15 minutes later. About 45 minutes later I had to drag K and H in! They were building a snow fort. It turned out great!!

Coupon trips from the last 2 weeks!
Last week I went couponing at CVS only. I was lazy and there were not really that many other good deals on the stuff we use. Here is what I got
4 nivea lip care
4 thermacare heat wraps
6 jars ragu pasta
6 lady speed stick deodorant
4 irish spring body wash
2 skintimate shave cream
I spent at total of $24 and I got back $17 in rewards to spend next time and I got to mail in a rebate for $10 back from the thermacare wraps!
This week I went to 4 stores, CVS, RiteAid, Walmart and Stop and Shop and I got:
6 bottles kids shampoo/condition 2 in 1
4 pks stayfree pads
4 itish spring deodorants
3 swave deodorants
2 Vaseline lotions
1 bottle chichis salsa
12 Hershey bars
I spent $14 (I used $6 from last week at CVS to pay for that purchase) and I have $4 from CVS to spend later and I have $6 from RiteAid to spend later.
I have been saving an average of 60%-75% on each trip, so I am thrilled with that!

An organized stockpile!
Last weekend Keith helped me organize my stockpile room/laundry room. He took down the flimsy plastic shelves and put up the sturdy metal shelves. He made me a pegboard to hang things on and we reorganized everything! I love it even more now!
Before:
This one is blurry, I can't figure out my camera most of the time!! This is above the washer/dryer
The food side of the shelves that were in the house when we moved in
The health/beauty/personal stuff side of the shelves
No room, so stuff is sitting on top of the laundry shelves
2 bins of razors that are shoved in the corner
And the after (I LOVE IT!!)
Plastic shelves gone, Keith and his helpers putting up the metal shelves
My new pegboard that Keith built me for my razors and other stuff that can hang!
All of the health/beauty/personal stuff nice and organized!
Detergent and cleaning supplies
More room for the food and it is all organized!
